Welcome to The Love Curator.
These Terms of Membership (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in The Love Curator’s private matchmaking services. By submitting an application, becoming a member, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not submit an application or use our services.
1. About The Love Curator
The Love Curator is a private matchmaking concierge based in Colombia that facilitates personalized introductions between conscious international men and carefully selected Colombian women seeking meaningful, long-term relationships.
The Love Curator is not a dating application, social media platform, marriage agency, immigration service, employment agency, travel agency, legal service, or visa assistance provider.
Our role is limited to thoughtfully curating introductions between consenting adults based on compatibility, shared values, lifestyle, and relationship goals.
We do not guarantee compatibility, romantic success, engagement, marriage, or any specific relationship outcome.
2. Eligibility
To apply for membership, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be legally able to enter into a relationship under the laws of your country.
Be legally single, divorced, widowed, or otherwise legally free to enter into a new relationship.
Provide truthful, complete, and accurate information.
Be genuinely seeking a meaningful, long-term relationship.
Agree to comply with these Terms, our Community Standards, and all other applicable policies.
The Love Curator reserves the right to request reasonable verification of identity or relationship status during the application process.
3. Membership
Membership is private, selective, and by acceptance only.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into The Love Curator.
Every application is personally reviewed through our selection process.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, suspend, or terminate any membership at our sole discretion in order to preserve the quality, integrity, safety, and values of our private community.
Membership is a privilege and not a right.
4. Applications, Membership & Fees
Submitting an application to The Love Curator is free for both international men and Colombian women.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into our private community.
If an international male applicant is accepted, he will be invited to a private consultation to discuss his relationship goals, learn more about our matchmaking process, and receive a recommendation for the membership experience best suited to his needs.
Membership fees apply only after acceptance and before any paid matchmaking services begin.
Acceptance into the community does not obligate any applicant to purchase a membership, and The Love Curator is under no obligation to offer a paid membership following the consultation.
Colombian women currently participate free of charge.
The Love Curator reserves the right to modify its membership structure, pricing, services, or policies at any time. Any changes will apply only to future memberships unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Our Matchmaking Services
The Love Curator provides a highly personalized matchmaking experience that may include:
Application review
Personal interviews
Identity verification where reasonably possible
Compatibility assessments
Curated introductions
Date coordination
Personalized matchmaking guidance
Follow-up after introductions
Every introduction is personally curated by a real person—not by an algorithm.
The Love Curator does not guarantee a minimum number of introductions unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Because meaningful relationships depend on many factors beyond our control, we do not guarantee:
Mutual attraction
Romantic compatibility
A second date
An exclusive relationship
Engagement
Marriage
Cohabitation
Immigration opportunities
Any specific relationship outcome
Our commitment is to provide a thoughtful, professional, confidential, and highly personalized matchmaking experience—not to guarantee love or any particular result.
6. Member Responsibilities
As a member or applicant of The Love Curator, you agree to conduct yourself with honesty, integrity, and respect throughout your participation in our private community.
You agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information throughout the application process and during your membership.
Notify The Love Curator if any information previously provided becomes inaccurate or materially changes.
Treat every member with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of every introduction.
Communicate honestly regarding your intentions, relationship status, and expectations.
Comply with all applicable laws while participating in The Love Curator's services.
Members are solely responsible for their own communications, decisions, interactions, meetings, travel arrangements, accommodations, financial decisions, and personal relationships.
Members agree not to:
Misrepresent their identity, age, occupation, marital status, or personal circumstances.
Submit false or misleading information during the application process.
Use another person's photographs or identity.
Contact another member for purposes unrelated to building a genuine relationship.
Harass, intimidate, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse another participant.
Request or solicit money, gifts, investments, loans, financial assistance, or immigration sponsorship from another member.
Engage in sugar dating, escort services, prostitution, transactional relationships, or any activity involving financial or sexual exploitation.
Use The Love Curator for immigration, visa, or residency purposes.
Engage in fraud, deception, identity theft, scams, or any illegal activity.
Share another member's personal information, photographs, or conversations without their explicit consent.
Use introductions made through The Love Curator for commercial, promotional, or business purposes.
The Love Curator reserves the right to investigate any reported violation of these Terms or our Community Standards.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension or permanent termination of membership without notice or refund, where permitted by the applicable membership agreement.
Members are encouraged to report any behavior that appears dishonest, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values of our community.
5. Our Matchmaking Services
The Love Curator provides a highly personalized matchmaking experience that may include:
Application review

Curated introductions, with the number and scope of introductions determined by the membership plan selected by the member

7. Payments & Refunds
Membership fees apply only after an applicant has been accepted into The Love Curator and has chosen to purchase a membership plan.
By purchasing a membership, the member acknowledges that The Love Curator provides a personalized professional service that begins immediately upon payment. Services may include interviews, compatibility assessments, profile review, matchmaking strategy, research, member selection, introductions, date coordination, and ongoing guidance.
Because these services require significant time, expertise, and individualized work, membership fees are generally non-refundable once services have begun, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment for a membership grants access to the matchmaking services included in the selected membership plan. It does not guarantee:
A specific number of matches beyond those expressly included in the selected membership plan.
Mutual attraction.
A successful relationship.
Engagement or marriage.
Any particular outcome.
The Love Curator reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a member violates these Terms, the Community Standards, or engages in dishonest, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate conduct. In such cases, refunds will not be issued unless required by applicable law.
If a member voluntarily decides to discontinue the matchmaking process after services have commenced, membership fees already paid will not be refunded.
Any additional services requested by a member that are not included in the selected membership plan may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated and approved before such services are provided.
All fees are quoted in writing before payment and must be paid using the payment methods approved by The Love Curator.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Love Curator is a private matchmaking concierge that facilitates introductions between consenting adults. While we take reasonable steps to interview applicants, verify identities where reasonably possible, and maintain high community standards, we cannot and do not guarantee the character, honesty, intentions, background, conduct, or future actions of any member.
By participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree that all communications, meetings, travel arrangements, accommodations, financial decisions, gifts, and personal interactions with another member are undertaken voluntarily and entirely at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Love Curator, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, claim, expense, or liability arising from or related to interactions between members, including but not limited to:
Theft or robbery
Fraud, scams, or financial deception
Identity misrepresentation
False statements regarding marital status, employment, education, or financial circumstances
Emotional distress or disappointment
Relationship conflicts or incompatibility
Physical injury or assault
Sexual misconduct or sexual assault
Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior
Stalking
Criminal acts committed by another member
Financial loss of any kind
Property damage
Pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections
Immigration, visa, or residency matters
Marriage, separation, or divorce
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in The Love Curator's services.
Members are solely responsible for exercising sound judgment before, during, and after meeting another participant.
The Love Curator strongly recommends that all first meetings take place in public locations, that members refrain from sending money or providing financial assistance to anyone they meet through the service, and that they take appropriate precautions to protect their personal safety, financial information, and privacy.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
By using our services, you expressly acknowledge that The Love Curator provides introductions only and does not supervise, control, or monitor members' personal relationships or conduct after an introduction has been made.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
At The Love Curator, we recognize that trust and discretion are essential to meaningful matchmaking. We are committed to handling our members' personal information with care and respect.
By becoming a member, you acknowledge and agree that:
The Love Curator may collect, store, and process personal information necessary to provide its matchmaking services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Information provided during the application process, interviews, and throughout your membership may be used solely for the purpose of evaluating compatibility and facilitating introductions.
Personal information will only be shared with another potential match when reasonably necessary to facilitate a mutually appropriate introduction.
The Love Curator will never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Members also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of every individual introduced through The Love Curator.
Members shall not:
Share another member's personal information without their prior consent.
Distribute photographs, videos, screenshots, or private communications obtained through The Love Curator.
Publish, post, or disclose another member's identity on social media, websites, blogs, forums, or any public platform without their express written permission.
Record interviews, video calls, or private conversations with The Love Curator or another member without prior consent.
Use information obtained through The Love Curator for commercial purposes, solicitation, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to developing a genuine personal relationship.
The obligation to maintain confidentiality continues even after a membership has ended.
The Love Curator reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership if a member violates these confidentiality obligations.

Final Provisions
These Terms of Membership, together with our Privacy Policy, Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver, and Community Standards & Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Love Curator regarding your participation in our services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Love Curator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the corresponding "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in our services following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Failure by The Love Curator to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
